Kashmir Fury but politicians busy in blamegame

Bilal Furqani

Srinagar: For more than a week Kashmir has been on the boil and is sinking into chaos. The nation has witnessed violent protests in the Valley over the civilian deaths, and in the middle of all of this a political blamegame has erupted.

After almost a week of violence in the valley, the political blame game has begun with 3 players and predictably, three versions.

A senior leader of All Parties Hurriyat Conference (M), Moulvi Abbas Ansari said that this is not a Lashkar-E-Taiba behind violence. Let us clear to Indian Government that Kashmiris are fighting for their legal rights.

Abbas said there are many anti-social government agents who are creating present turmoil in Kashmir and these agents are belongs to India and Pakistan as well, which are against to complete dialogue process between two countries, they always try to create disturbances in better relations for India and Pakistan.

While on commenting on stone pelting, he said that stone pelting is not in our religion (Islam) but some youths has opted this mode of fighting from the Palestine, he said.

In an exclusive interview with Agence India Press, Abbas lashes out on both main stream political parties of Jammu and Kashmir State and said that these protesters get help and handsome amount from these political parties to create violence and disturb entire peace process and dialogue process between Indo-Pak.

Abbas said, it is here to remark that whenever dialogue process between two countries comes to any typical stage, some agencies, who are against it, try to disturb whole scenario, by showing another face of Kashmir to the outer world.

Abbas Ansari went so far as to say that it was the PDP that was behind a massive political conspiracy to topple the government.

While targeting Peoples Democratic Party, Abbas said, this fresh violence in Kashmir is just because of dirty politics, as PDP is out of the government now they are anxious to rule the innocent people of the state.

He said, “It was when Mufti Mohammed was the Union Home Minister that violence in Jammu and Kashmir increased. These forces have always halted the Kashmir peace process. The PDP (for the violence), and others are funding this violence. The whole conspiracy is to look for their rule in government.”

Meanwhile, senior leader of Peoples Democratic Party, Moulvi Iftikhar Ansari has not taken these allegations lightly, he said that he (without courting anyone’s name) is a purely product of Indian agencies, and I am sure he has taken a handsome amount to spell these words against the our party.

We believe that they work for Indian agencies to make ruling government happy and strong by supporting them to kill innocent people in Kashmir.

He said, “The Omar government is responsible for the ongoing violence in the Valley. The government is also unable to curb the violence,”
